Alternative ways to order

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days. During busy periods, such as the build up to Christmas, orders may take longer to process.

Glenfinlas can only take orders from the UK via the online shop. If you wish to place an order from another European country please call +44 (0)131 220 8251 and we will be happy to help you.

If any goods are unavailable or out of stock customers will be contacted via email or by phone.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason please contact by us within 24 hours of delivery to inform us of your concern.

Glenfinlas does not refund or exchange products if ordered incorrectly through the web shop.

Pricing

Prices are charged according to those published in the web-shop on the day of purchase. Glenfinlas reserves the right to alter prices at any time.
